As work progresses on the new parking lots to the south and west of the new Parish Hall, Pilgrim’s Capital Improvements Committee has decided to delay the blessing of the new Parish Hall with Sunday School Classrooms from Sunday, June 25th, until such time as the parking lots are redone and so the City of Kilgore has granted the Certificate of Occupancy.
